Medical: Having worked in the past in medical diagnosis, if you would like support to regain self-confidence after a life accident, burn-out, serious pathology, rediscover what your body and your mind are like able, gently and by reconnecting with nature, together we can compose tailor-made hikes, at your pace according to your needs. Passionate about nature and the mountains since I was very young, I obtained my mountaineering instructor certificate very early on. Having now put an end to my scientific career, I have returned to my first passion which was the mountains and now offer you support and discoveries, whether of the marvelous Chartreuse massif or the surrounding Alpine massifs, massifs which amaze me every day.
